I have been involved in purebred dogs for over 20 years, starting out attending dog shows with local breeders & handlers whom were kind enough to let us sit in, to listen and learn. A special thanks to Allison Foley CPHA (handler), Colin Brownlee CPHA (handler), Val & Bob Jackson (Chartwell Goldens), Michelle Vinall (Ranchosierra Goldens & Pembroke Corgis), and Teddy McDowell (Camelot Cardigan Corgis, and Judge) for continuing to teach us and being truly great friends!
Because of these early experiences, it has been my goal to produce Golden Retrievers that can do well in the show ring, or curl up on the couch with their family. I am proud of every puppy born here, and extremely thankful for the amazing owners who are apart of our extended family via their four legged family members. Golden Retrievers from Conquerer can be found in BC, Newfoundland, Quebec, Ontario, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and everywhere in between.
I am very active in several breed clubs holding various positions over the years (from Newsletter Editor to President), currently serving a second term as the Ontario Director for the Golden Retriever Club of Canada. Breed Clubs are the backbone of our breeds, a fountain of knowledge can be garnered by being a member. Breed clubs help enthusiasts stay up to date on all relevant breed information, and are an excellent networking opportunity to anyone with a Purebred pet. I strongly urge anyone interested in becoming a member, to explore the privilege.
